Why regular servicing matters
Engine oil breaks down over time, filters clog and small faults grow into expensive ones. A service replaces the parts that wear on a schedule and gives a technician a proper look at the rest of the car before something fails on the M4.
It also keeps a documented history, which matters when you come to sell the car or make a warranty claim.
Which service does your car need?
Roughly every 6 months or 6,000 miles. Engine oil and oil filter changed, fluids topped up, and a visual check of brakes, tyres, lights, steering and suspension. Suited to high-mileage drivers and short-journey cars.
Once a year or every 12,000 miles. Everything in the interim, plus air filter, a deeper brake inspection, wheel bearing and exhaust checks, and fuel filter or spark plugs where the schedule calls for it.
Every two years or 24,000 miles. Everything in the full service, plus brake fluid, cabin (pollen) filter, spark plugs and a check of coolant condition. Timing belt interval is checked and quoted separately if it's due.

Servicing and your manufacturer warranty
Under Block Exemption rules you can have a car serviced at an independent garage without affecting the manufacturer warranty, as long as the correct parts and procedure are used. We follow the manufacturer schedule, use OE-quality parts and stamp the service book or update the digital record.
How booking works
Send your registration by WhatsApp or call the workshop. We'll confirm which service is due, give you a price and agree a drop-off time. If we spot anything extra during the service we photograph it and message you first. Nothing is added to the bill without your go-ahead.
